⚠️
Important note: If you arrive within 60-90 minutes of closing time with a case requiring hospitalization, a transfer to a 24/7 center may be necessary to ensure uninterrupted care.
Our Mission

Stabilize, Treat, Transfer

We are a daytime emergency clinic. Our role is to provide immediate assessment and life-saving stabilization.

Our golden rule: If your pet's condition requires overnight hospitalization, our commitment is to expertly stabilize them, then coordinate a safe transfer to our 24/7 partners.

📋 Protocols & Costs

Stabilization and Transfer: How does it work?

For serious cases (e.g., blocked cat, respiratory distress), we act as an emergency room:

  1. We diagnose the condition (X-rays, bloodwork).
  2. We stop the crisis (oxygen, pain management, IV catheter).
  3. Once your pet is stable, we arrange their transfer to a 24/7 center for overnight care.
Emergency Surgeries (Pyometra, Foreign Body)

We perform life-saving surgeries under strict conditions:

  • Early arrival (before noon).
  • Patient stable for anesthesia.
  • Pre-arranged transfer: A spot at a 24/7 ICU must be confirmed for post-operative care.
Cost Transparency

In case of transfer, you will receive two separate invoices:

  • 1. Our Clinic: Examination, diagnostics, stabilization, daytime surgery.
  • 2. 24/7 Hospital: Overnight hospitalization and continuous monitoring.

A detailed estimate will be provided after the initial examination.
